Job Description:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring our software based on predefined user stories. You carry out the configuration of the software, test it, document it accurately and develop automated test scripts to ensure functionality. You understand the customer’s business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions, with an eye for consistency between different user stories.
You work closely with the customer to seek clarification where necessary, and present your configured solutions. Customer feedback is carefully processed and your activities are accurately documented in our project management and time registration tools (Jira) and Confluence
Your Responsibilities:
- Configuring software based on predetermined user stories.
- Testing of configurations and development of automated test scripts.
- Professional documentation of all configurations and processes.
- Actively communicating with customers on requirements, solutions and feedback.
- Closely recording all activities in Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding the broader connection between user stories and business requirements.
- Creating accurate and customer-focused solutions.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in configuring and testing ERP, WMS or TMS software.
- Excellent understanding of business requirements and translation into software solutions.
- Experience with tools such as Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.
- Strong communication skills to work professionally with customers.
- Accurate and methodical work attitude.
- Basic knowledge of databases, SQL or some programming experience is a plus.

Job Description:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end ERP and TMS implementation projects. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope. Your expertise in software project management and ability to manage risks such as scope creep and budget overruns will be critical to your success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively addressing risks to prevent overruns or delays.
- Handle scope and change management to maintain focus and control.
- Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to manage expectations and deliver results.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
Your Profile:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects, preferably ERP and/or TMS.
- Proven success in leading long-term, complex projects.
- Strong track record in managing scope, budget, and timelines in software projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or PMBOK.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently
